Pastel Magic Sanding Sugar by @sprinkles.and.sparklesbb
M & M's
Fruit By The Foot
Directions:
1. Place the whole oreos into a food processor or blender. Pulse into a very fine crumb.
2. Add the oreo crumb and the cream cheese into a bowl and mix until fully combined.
3. Lightly grease your hands with a little bit of vegetable oil. Scoop out approximately 1 tablespoon of the oreo mixture, and form neat balls. Place onto the parchment paper lined cutting board or plate, and freeze for 30 minutes)
4. Add the dark chocolate into a heat-proof container (I used @sprinkles.and.sparklebb) and melt in the microwave on 30 second intervals, stirring in between each, until all chocolate has melted. Dip the end of the cakepop stick into the melted chocolate and insert into the chilled/set oreo balls. Place into the freezer for a few minutes to set.
5. After, dip each of the oreo balls into the melted chocolate, and immediately cover with the Pastel Magic Sanding Sugar while the chocolate is still wet; place onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet to set.
6. Drizzle the Pastel Magic Sanding Sugar into a chocolate bar mold, pour a thin layer of the melted dark chocolate and freeze for 20-30 min until set. Demold and slice the squares with hot knife.
7. Adhere the squares to the cakepops with little bit of melted chocolate or by using a kitchen torch to lightly melt the surface.
8. Cut the Fruit By The Foot and form the tassles. Adhere the tassle and m&m with bit of melted chocolate.
Enjoy!🎊
